【業務内容】
-Handle corporate clients’ tour enquiries
-Attend enquiries, making itinerary, purchasing and prepare quotations according.
-Performing research, organizing trips, offering information and advice about Group and FIT tour in and out.
-Negotiate for preferential rate with local hotels, restaurants, and etc.
-Ensure tour runs smoothly from the start to the end and organized activities and arrange events and activities accordingly clients requirements.
-Hosting tours and follow the company’s SOP

【要件】
-Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in Travel/Hospitality/or Hotel Planner
-Business Level of Japanese to liaise with Japanese clients.
-Knowledge of travel agency operations will be added advantage.
-Knowledge of air ticket issue will be added advantage.

【給与】
～SGD3,500

【言語】
英語ビジネスレベル
