Key Account Manager / Executive (Japanese Team)
Key Account Executive / Manager – Japanese We are hiring immediately for an exceptional Japanese Key Account Executive / Manager (Native Japanese / Japanese Speaker ) who possesses a high level of selling skills and is hungry for success.
This self-driven and sales-savvy team player is able to interact with others effectively and work under pressure within tight deadlines to deliver sales results.
The Key Account Executive / Manager is responsible for building, managing and maintaining a profitable long-term relationship between clients and they will be assigned to manage Asia clients' portfolio.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent and high calibre client service delivery to ensure a positive client experience
Provide timely and effective resolution of all client queries via telephone, email or chat
Proactively respond to and manage inbound client queries professionally and efficiently
Assist clients in using our platform and on our products to increase our profitability through maximising clients’ account volumes
Provide technical support for clients’ software problems relating to the platform
Participate in targeted outbound reactivation calling to dormant account holders
Carry out administration duties where required, including account upgrading
Provide support to clients from other regions as part of our around the clock service
Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner to ensure a consistently high level of client service
Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role and participate in appropriate training
Undertake such other duties, training and / or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general responsibility of this role. This may entail occasional after hours’ support.
The ideal candidate:
Native Japanese / Japanese Speaker
At least 1 year of experience in an Crypto/FX Sales/Retention role or any form of sales (is a plus)
Experience in financial products or from a financial industry would be ideal but not compulsory.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in brief business competitor analysis and ability to be proactive in maintaining business relationships.
As this is a sales position, we are looking for individuals who are used to working in a number-driven performance environment and experience in achievements in any sales targets would be ideal.
