Hello.I am 24 years old from Japan.
I am going to Singapore on a working holiday visa.With that, I am looking for a house to live in from 30 Mar - 26 Sep.

Price: under S$1,000 (including Wi-Fi and utilities)
Location: less than 700m from train station, preferably two lines would be nice, bottom floor is fine as long as it is not the lowest one.
Environment: non-smoking, Wi-Fi available, laundry available, cooking available would be nice, private room (shared toilet-bath is a plus).
Lease: 6 months or less

I like to keep clean, so I would appreciate a place with clean water facilities.I will be looking for work locally.Basically, I think I will be out most of the time.

場所：駅から700m以下、出来れば2路線あれば嬉しい、1番下でなければ底層階でも問題ない
環境：禁煙、Wi-Fiあり、洗濯可能、料理可能であれば嬉しい、部屋は個室（トイレ•バスの共有は◯）
リース：6ヶ月以内

綺麗好きなので、水回りが綺麗なところだと有難いです。仕事は現地で探す予定です。基本的には出かけていることが多いと思います。
求人情報もあわせてあれば教えて頂けると助かります。
